Whether synthetic fibers and cottons from Asia, or non-mulesed wool from Australia, even Mohair and Alpaca from South Africa, AA Global Raw Material Procurement Team directly import materials from its producing countries. In order to obtain the high quality product, AA Global Raw Material Procurement Team always selects the best materials. Before purchasing, we check the fineness, the length, the purity for all kinds of material, and conformity to required standards. Only the best raw materials can proceed to the following phases of processing.

Before carding, we must need to treat fiber in layers evenly for a better mixed result. After layering, fiber needs a period of time to rest in order to make the fiber to sufficiently absorb oil.
In this way the fiber alignment will be smoother in the production of top. And after resting, we could start to carding, blending and roving. And start to the following “fancy spinning procedure”.

After the prior procedure “roving” finished, we start to the following process “fancy spinning”. Generally, we could call all the procedure after prior procedure as “fancy spinning”. Based on the three foundations of fancy yarns – base yarn, binder, and effect yarn, and will adjust its elongations and multiples on machine by yarn characters. Generally, The elongations will define the thick or thin of yarns; the multiples will define the appearance of yarns. We obtain an optimal balancing point between the two techniques, and complete the most perfect yarn type according to the proportion of trends presented in your hands.

After all the producing process, we will start to do quality control to exam all the produced items are perfect and defect-less, then packaged and deliver to you. Besides special/customized developing products, we are releasing color card collection each season, includes 200 items of spring/summer and fall/winter collections.
