AA GLOBAL has been kept “environment friendly”, “energy saving” and “sustainable development”

since found 1989, we apply for these ideas to fancy yarn development and production except making

energy saving and afforestation in our Zhongshan factory.

 

For the bulk products, we devote to develop recycle material with Recycle Polyester and ABACA. Polyester

is made of PET bottles, it not only reduces environment pollution caused by bottles waste but decrease

consumption of petrochemical material, and it also can improve the CO2 emission and achieve the purpose

of saving energy.

The fiber of “ABACA” paper yarn is extracted from perennial Manila hemp, and spinning yarn. The product

with this material is able to be broken down by creature, and it is not harmful to our environment. Specifically,

“cold feeling”, “better warm keeping”, “excellent absorption” and “anti-bacteria” are advantages for

that. Besides, it can keep your body cooling and deodorization. AA GLOBAL expects our consumer can aware

the concepts “recycle and reuse” by promoting this material to various the brand and consumer. This kind

of product is accounted for 30% of developing products, and AA GLOBAL expects to apply 60% recycle

material to our product by 2020 to reduce the damage of our environment.

 

Except development of recycle material, AA GLOBAL promote to our consumer a serious of fancy yarn with

“Denim” and “rare species material”. Different with usual yarn in the market, we develop many of innovative

fancy yarns with unique Denim effect, our R&D department kept different Denim washing ways like enzyme

washing and resist dyeing etc. to show our yarn more” INDIGO” style. We expect our latest yarn with denim

effect could inspire more client`s creativity by paying lot of work from our R&D department and expecting

this Denim product would become the popular one all over world.

The series “rare species material” includes four precious compositions: Yak, Cashmere, Camel, Superfine

Alpaca, we combine these four materials with double layer fabric of weave effect. This series of products

represent luxury, soft and smooth hand feeling.

 

Beside above latest material introduction, we also aggressively expand foreign market to diverse AA GLOBAL

yarns and meet our customer requirement through stable and long-term relationship with many well-known

brands. At the same time, we provide the opportunity to make Nottingham university, UK and Dong-Hwa

university student to use our yarn to finish their portfolio, and we offer the intern position to the student

from Shin-Chien University, Fu Jen Catholic university and Shu-Te University. Interacting between this student

and our designers also make innovation and inspiration to AA GLOBAL.
